SPENCER SX Scoop Stretcher is a professional aluminium pick-up stretcher engineered to safely immobilise and transfer patients with suspected spinal injuries. Its scoop-style design allows the patient to be lifted from the ground without log-roll manoeuvres, significantly reducing cervical spine movement and the risk of secondary trauma. Lightweight, foldable, and ergonomic, Spencer SX is optimised for rapid response across demanding rescue environments including road, sports, mountain, and military operations.
